The short version
We store your files only as long as you asked us to, we encrypt them at rest, we don't require an account, we don't show ads, and we don't sell data. When a transfer expires, is revoked, or burns after reading, the files are deleted permanently and immediately.
What we collect
Transfer metadata: file names, sizes, MIME types, an expiry timestamp, and an optional salted password hash (we never store the password itself). We keep this so your link works and your sender dashboard has stats. We do not require names, emails, or accounts for the free tier.
Files
Files are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a per-transfer key stored separately from the file data. There are no backups of shared files — deletion is real deletion. Expired and abandoned transfers are removed automatically and continuously.
What we don't do
No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies, no profiling, no selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.
